Where/How do you get TSB's

I have seen mention several times to a TSB for this or that. My question is where can you get these? I looked on motorcrafts site and found where I could pay to get them sent to me, but this seems really stupid. Ford is charging me to be told what they broke, so I can pay them to fix it? I would think they, or possibly someone else, would have a database that was searchable online so anyone could get them.

Not only that but Ford will also charge you to repair a design flaw once the warranty runs out.
Alldata carries them but you need a subscription so it will cost. I once came across a sit ethat listed them and a slight description of the problem but did not show the whole TSB.
Bottom line is they are available at a cost.

Year make and model and I will look for you. Give me the problem also. A TSB is for technicians to aid in repairs. It is not a recall. It just streamlines the diagnostic and repair procedures.

Wow. That's good forum service. I really don't have any problems yet, other than the diverter issue I posted a thread about. I just wanted to keep up on the potential problems that my van might have if I could. It's a 2002 windstar lx with 90000 miles on it. It runs great right now, but I want to keep it running for a lot of years to come and thought the TSB's might help.
