WTF is this bullsh*t continued.....The court case

Well people, anybody who read my last thread will know the background on what happend....
For those who dont, here is a breif run down.
At shops. Saw dude hit the woman he was with. I got pissed off. Hit the arsehole. Ended up in major shit. Courtcase was on Monday (27th).

Well as you just read above i went to court on monday over the whole deal. Here are the results...
I was found not guilty of serious assualt causing greivous bodily harm. but found guilty of a lesser assualt charge. I was ordered to pay all of the fuck-wits court and medical expenses totaling around $4,000. :newburn:
But the most annoying shit is the fact that nothing can be done about him hitting the woman he was with...She has to make the complaint against him.
To be a smart arse i put a claim against him for my medical bills for breaking my hand on his face... :devil: . But that was thrown out even before it reached court....
All in all....Im just under $5000 out of pocket and still very pissed off about it all....Plus I might not have a job soon because my boss is thinking of selling up and moving to Tasmainia.

Yeah i know i shouldnt have gotten involved. But that day was a shitter day for me and when i saw the security guards do shit all i snapped.

On more shit news my Ute snapped a leaf spring this morning, and took a quarter of my woodtray with it :banghead: .
So now i have to find the cash to fix that up as well....Might put a 4 link under the arse of it this time round to stop the axel tramp.

I've been im somewhat the same situation. Minus the court shit. I broke a pool cue over a guys head for slapping his girl and I guess he was to embaressed to say much with all his friends standing around. I was banned for life but hey, a guys gotta do whats right. Right?

He hits woman you hit him, he goes home and hits her somemore because he is pissed you hit him. Either way she's getting beat.

That goverment for ya. Sometimes doing the RIGHT thing cost you. It may have cost you moore money but I would have kicked his ass. Especially since he wants to act like a bitch about it.
