I installed an aftermarket remote start in my 96 cavalier and it starts up when i push the buttons but it shuts off immediately. Does anybody know what I need to do to make it stay running.

The System is made by Hornet

Thanks for the advice but ive already checked em all like 10 times lol. Im really disappointed with the company because it costs money to get help over the phone (what a scam)

Approx. How much does it cost to take it to the shop and fix it?

more then likely yes thats the problem, i had the same problem it would start for like 15secounds n then just shut off, n then after 2 hours of workin n re-checkin all the wires we relized DAH! that it needed a by-pass module. that should be the problem, their only like $25.
