Jim, i see that you most likely had to fill up your probe with transmission fluid. I need to change mine so how much do you put in and where exactly are the drain and fill plugs located? I have a 93 probe, so i thought that you could help me since we have the same model.

i have not filled it yet. im still trying to find out y it leaked. i should be filling it this weekend so ill let you know.
the drain plug is located directly under neath the tranny. it big so it will stick out. i dont know where the fill plug is yet.
do you have a MTX or ATX trans.? if you have and auto the fill plug is realy the dip stick tube.

its possible bad seal on the pass.side axel,as far as refilling, you refill at the dipstick tube.

the fill bolt is actually on the side of the tranny very close to the drain hole. its about the same sized bolt too. 2.8 quarts is sufficient.
