Hi,
I'm a new owner of o Windstar 3.0 1997 - Europe version. The former user probably newer used rear ventilator. Now, when i put it on there is a damp smell comming out of it. I think there must be some water that stayed for a longer time in the tubes. Any clue how to clean it? Where does it take air, and how does the air channels go in the car?

Hell Gobowiec,
With the AC on, a water puddle should form below the rear hvac system. I would fix this by . . .
Getting my air compressor fully charged
Crawling under the van finding the discharge pipe,
Shoot 1 second burst of compressed air up that little pipe.
See if that don't fix it.
