AC compressor brand ?'s

I need a new compressor and have found some on ebay, but have never heard of the brands. Delphi and Sanden and both new to me and I am wondering if they make a good quality compressor. Has anyone ever used these brands? They run about $270 shipped for compressor, drier, orifice tibe, oil etc. etc. . I just want to make sure I dont buy junk. Thanks...
