My 1999 windstar is starting to act up with electrical problem. First the drivers side door lock was too weak to pop the lock up then it died. Now the passenger door is having a hard time popping the lock up. Last week the radio signal got weak and the radio does not stay on when the car is turned off (before you open the door). It sounds like I need to replace the lock actuators....is this so? If so, where should I get them? Now the radio, have I likely blown a fuse or a relay? Thanks for your help.

Look in the glove box manual for the fuse and relay layout. Perhaps the "accessory delay relay" needs replacement.
If you intend to keep this car, and your sanity, I strongly recommend you purchase a wiring diagram (#FCS-12255-99) from helminc.com. About $50.

Just replaced the lock actuator on my passenger side yesterday. I took off the door panel and confirmed the actuator was getting power, then ordered a new one from 1stfordparts.com. $40.90 plus $5.95 shipping.
