Please Help!!! My probe is flooding with gas and will not run

I dont know what is wrong with the car. There was a problem with the fuel pump relay...it was replaced and it ran for about 30 mins, then wouldnt run. I had the check engine light scanned and it says that fuel system 1 and 2 is open...i do not know what that could be. Now when it is started there is a very strong smell of gas...then after 2 mins it stops running. After like 20 mins it will start again, then stop running. Can someone give me some advise on what could be wrong!

did your mechanic check the ohms on the relay? if it doesn't match right your car will not run right. that's all i can think of at the moment. good luck
