1976 MGB front Banjo-style brakes

Inside the hole leading to the hub-nut appears to be a cover with a threaded screw. The cover appears to have been knocked at an angle, causing the head of the threaded screw to be almost touching the wall of the tube. It seems to be in there pretty solid. I cant seem to remove this cover. Any ideas?
