Well, this was posted in the 88-91 civic/crx forum by "91 Civic 1.5 HB", but I think there's alot of folks in COT that would get a kick out of this:

Holy ****.
But you know, at a mere 500 kilos (~1100 pounds) and making 300hp ...I think you probably could have spared a few pounds for a lexan windshield or something... that looks like it would start hurting pretty quick.
Imagine that with some carbon fiber body panels, not too much, don't want to cover everything up, just enough to make it a bit more aerodynamic and you...not rip your eyebrows off.

I want to see it go against a bigger bike like a 900cc or bigger. That is pretty impressive though.

WHOA~!
I'm not even sure if that thing is street legal in the US. And yeah, they should put on a small windsreen. One thing that I like about the car is that all components are visible while you are driving. One thing I don't like is the headlights.
I think that the Lotus Super 7 has some competition now...

thats really cool and if i lived in the country i would buy one. But i mean honestly, that looks more deadly than a motorcycle in a crash. It sits so low, that i could see someone in a SUV literally never seeing you and just running you over. Not to mention if you get in an accident in a motorcycle you get thrown from the reckage, not twisted inside of it. If someone hits you in that thing, expect to be crushed by the car, literally. ANd lets face it, something that sits like 3 feet off the ground isnt very noticeable from a H2 hummer sittin glike 8 feet off the ground.
But none the less that looks really sweet and id love to take on for a ride.

If you register it as a kit-car, you can most likely get away with it, regardless of crash test ratings.
That thing reminds me of my shifter kart.

*coughs* You people know of roll cages right? The entire chassis of that car is made of steel tubing, and the welding is phenomenal. There is a roll "space" if the car ever manage to flip over, this is done by using the roll hoop around the air-box intake and a projection under the composite "bodywork" on the front of the car. Puts the driver's, and passenger's helmets in a free-space.
The car is basically safer than anything other than a full on racing car built with hundreds of thousands of $ invested into structural engineering.
Hell, comes standard with either a 4 point, or 5 point harness (can't remember). The "seats" is a molded carbon-fiber/kevlar shell bench with no padding. It is adjustable, (driver's preferance of course).
Suspension is fully adjustable, from the workshop (there's nothing to call a factory here).
It is a street legal car in the UK and Europe....but....unfortunately for us in the Americas, it is too small to be legally shipped over....I think. Can't remember if it was or not. Anyways, awesome car, I've been wanting one for years (They came out in 2001 IIRC).
I hate being Canadian at times.

well i showed my father, we're in the US but he's been kinda wanting something to race, and have some fun in, even if its not street legal you could still take it to a track, i forgot where, i think ohio or something there is a new track that bought 20 or so of them and people just come and race, but he actually seems like he may be interested in the car, AMAZINGNESS!

I'll get some pics of my neighbours if I can, he tends to drive through the neighbour hood rather quickly :P But I know where he lives too, so it shouldn't be much of a problem, it's red :) nice little car, guy also has a lightning and an M3, guy's got good taste :)
