I was talking to this kid at school and told him about the civic i bought last week. he said some stupid bull about how imports suck and they get no power and i shot every thing he said down and he got all ticked. then he started talking about some mustang he might be getting. i asked him what year and make, it turns out hes trying to decide wether to buy a 1992 mustang with a 4cyl or a '98 gt, how could you even think about it? then my chevy lovin ass says id rather buy a '01 camaro ss. and again he got all defensive he started raving about how the svt was so much more powerful than the ss, wait this guy has no clue about what hes talking about. the svt is a speacialy modified vehichle of course its more powerful and maybe faster but the camaro would give even an svt a run for its money any day.

:chair:

i hate it when people run their mouths about stuff they don know
(and i hope ths kid gets the 1992 4cyl mustang ill show him how much imports suck little jerk-off)

If he's talking about the 03-04 SVT Cobras, then yes, they are faster than a Camaro SS. Anything earlier, though, and they are evenly matched. And I would venture to guess that the Camaro SS will handle better than either one.

The 03-04 cobras have nothing on the specially built Zl1's...there's a few of them out there, and I don't think they're road legal. There are a lot more Cobras than there are ZL1's...

I would get the SVt. Its just more exclusive. But, what I want to know, is why would there even be consideration between a 92' 4-cyl or a 98' GT (V8)? Its no contest in my mind. GT for sure. That kid must be an idiot.
