my car-95 accord ex leathe seats, power everything, electric moonroof, infinity componant system ,pioneer head unit. inside is in very good condition, out side has a couple of dings. 164,00 miles.
his car- 94 civic hatchback dx power nothing, cloth seats, very good condition on inside and out, no dents or dings. 17" rims white with crome lip. exhaust system and intake not sure of the brand. i think it has about 75,000 miles on the engine. and a 2" drop
it's the kind of car i've been wanting to drop my b16a2 that i have at the house into and all the other parts that i have for a civic. he wants to do a stright up trade. what do you guys think i should do?

I would trade and ask for some cash as well. Your car has more miles on it, but it is a year newer and a much nicer car. So i would trade and ask for the amount of cash you want. You should find out the values of each cars.

I would trade. You both have the same $$$ in it. Rims aren't cheap. Your car may be newer and have more options, but his car is in better condition all around, has a bit more $$$ in it, and at 75,000, you won't have to worry until you get your swap.:)
