I have been interested in the Bluebird gti-R for awhile but I have never really done much research I know it has an SR20DET with an FWD setup, but recently I saw something about AWD on them, what's the deal on that? But my more important question is "does anybody know of any any companies that import gti-Rs to the US, and maybe do what Motorex does with Skylines, and legalize them for the streets?"
Any answers most appreciated.
Also as I am a 510 guy does anybody know where I could jdm style fender mount mirrors for my car?

You're mixing up two different cars:
Nissan Pulsar GTiR N14
Nissan Bluebird SSS Limited U13
They are both 4WD turbo using the same RS5F50A manual gearbox although diff ratios are different 4.1 vs 4.3 - typically - (the Bluebird also came auto)
These two versions of the SR20DET are completely different. The GTiR is much better & shares very few parts (cam sprockets, chain, bore & stroke dimensions, probably some other minor nuts & bolts). It is stronger, no hydraulic lifters, bigger standard turbo, more power & much more development potential. The bluebird version is not much more than a DE motor fitted with oil squirters, lower compression & a turbo.
There were also U12 4WD tubos but these mostly have CA18DET motors.
The U14 has a SR20VE version (~200hp similar to Honda VTEC)
Another common Nissan with 4WD SR20DET is the Avenir W10 & W11. These are all automatic thou but were manufactured up until about year 2000. Motor is basically the same as U13.

The GTiR version is almost completely different (shares the distributor which I forgot before), uses top feed injectors & individual throttles for each cylinder (same as RB26DETT Skyline GTR).
The SR20DET that comes in the bluebird differs from the DE normally aspirated version in that it:
has oil squirters under the pistons
has a lower CR
has oil return for the turbo
bigger side feed injectors
different afm (looks very similar but electrically different)
need to check the cam specs in the manual, can't remember those
