Soft Tops

I was just wonderin if anyone has ever had problems with leaving their tops off. I dont have the money for a soft top right now and with it warming up here in Texas I cant wait to take the top off my 93. Im mainly worried bout if yall think it will be safe parking it places and not having a top on. Has anyone ran into many problems with this???

I took the top off my 87 last spring/summer and had a blast, never had a problem with theivery. I also live in the sticks, so overnights weren't a problem, either. (make sure your console locks...mine has a huge hole cut in the top...)

The reason I never had a problem is because the 87 is, well, a rust-bucket. I'm not sure the body was even going to stay on the frame as I went to work. The rule is the worse it looks, the safer it will be. If you don't go into a Mall, or large restaurant, you should feel safe leaving it alone for 20-30 mins. Broncos are huge, and everyone sees who approaches them. Don't give them time to appear like they belong there, I guess.

I know, with the top off, who wants to stop driving???
