I was referred to this site by some guys in "ford-trucks.com" forum. I guess the Windstar is built on a car frame therefore isn't allowed in the forums of that site. Anyway, this is my first thread here and I hope yall can help me out.
I've had a couple of problems and have eliminated some. Now it is the CPS turn. I had stalling w/squealing, missing, poor gas mileage all at the same time. I fixed the missing with new spark plugs and wires, fixed the poor gas mileage with the O2 sensors (front), and now only the stalling w/squelaing is left. I am heading to the autoparts store tomorrow to purchase the sensor. I replaced this sensor on my F250 PSD with no problems, very easy. But, the 3.8L may be different. Anybody know where it is and the tricks to a correct replacement.
Thanks,
