radiator removal help on 1998 z3

Can someone share the details of how to remove a radiator on my 1998 z3? I need to replace my thermostat and housing since I am having engine overheat problems with car. looks like the radiator at least needs to come out to make the thermostat replacement possible.

Any details on how to unsnap those attachments at the top of the radiator will be very helpful Also I am told there are two more snaps to remove too before the radiator will come out Any insight into their locations will be nice too. thanks
