i need advice on installing a new heater core in my 88 bronco II xlt
i have water leaking on the passenger side if thats important i would greatly appreciate any help i can get

The heater core is on the passanger side. What you will have to do is remove the bottom part of the dash, including the glove box.

It really seems to be a very quick job. (I have one leaking right now, but that's the least of my coolant system problems.) You have to remove the coolant feeder lines in the engine bay, too. Might want to do that first. (They're not hard to find-also on Passenger side-up top on the fire wall.)

Make sure that it is your core, and not the hose connections. If the firewall is not sealed around the core tubes, than a hose might leak at the clamp and into the cab.
