Rattling noise in front engine

There a rattling noise comiing from the front of my car every time i gain speed but as soon at i shift gears the rattling stops but only when i start to accelerate does it start again. Not to sure what it might be but would like to get it fixed with out having to spend tons of money on it. Its a 97 contour V6 stick shift.

Also my right turn signal seems to not want to work. Does sometimes but not all the time. When i go to wiggle the bulb and the wires it works but as soon as i hit a bumb it goes back to blinking really fast but my bulb isn't bad its brand new.??
