I have a 93 Bronco Eddie Bauer 351. I am curious if there is a problem with my coolant temp sensor. The temp needle only gets as high as the N in the [NORMAL] on the gauge then stops, dosent go any higher no matter how much or how long I drive it. Possible problem?

underheating is not often a prolbem, yet if you are concerned check your thermostat to see if it failed in the open position, if so, replace it. Have fun.

Generally, I'm happy between the O and the R! I've driven my 351 (5.8) for extended stretches. (6 hours and up) Without really noticing the needle moving too much. You may not be running 50/50 exactly. so that may account for the slight difference.
