1994 Passport Check trans light--help

I have a 1994 passport 3.2 V6 that keeps haunting me with a ck trans light intermittently. When it comes on the codes are 22 -tps sensor short to ground, and 25-battery voltage low.....I have traced the harness from the tps to the firewall and found nothing and also replaced the tps with no success in fixing my problem....

Has anyone run into this or have any suggesstions?

Bad TPS and bad battery or alternator. Have your charging system checked first since this is usually free or almost free.

From what I've seen, a bad alternator can cause all kinds of weird problems on these vehicles.

Just fyi...

I replaced the alternator and my problem has yet to return...I believe it is fixed. Thanks for your help
