2000 Windstar-side power doors retracting

Hi,
Both side sliding doors with the switch on, at most times will not close.
I have to switch to off and close them manually. What happens is when I select to close the sliding doors it comes to the closed position, the motor keeps running and the doors retract to the open position time after time. Both local Ford dealers and Ford Motor company has no answer to this problem. PLEASE can anybody help me. This has been a problem since day 1 and my patients is running out.

First thing to check is the door fit, the rear of the door should be slightly outward of the vehicle body and the front of the doors should be slightly inward. If they are off the motor will have to pull too hard to close. But I'm surprised it will completely open back up. There are two latches when closing, primary and secondary, doesn't take much for it to get to the first latch and hold. There was a very long recent TSB that listed a bunch of items to check, one was even a plastic part left on during painting that could cause problems. Do you know if they followed this most recent TSB to diagnose the problem?
