RTV for Inner Plastic Manifold Plenum

For those that have used the RTV trick to keep the inner plastic plenum from rattling, can you please tell me where you placed the rtv (i.e., the 2 opposite so called snap connectors) or around each individual intake. Plan on doing this evening if I get good word.

Mine was a case of "over-kill" I'm sure, but I put daubs around each passageway.... and then a bit on the bottom of the individual barrels when installing.

12 Ounce: I daubed a small amount around each passageway and a little around each barrel. Will check tomorrow after sufficient time to cure. Is there any worry about a daub breaking away and going down into the lower manifold?

Yes, I tried to make sure I used RTV in small enough globs so that it would likely stay in place ... or pass through the combustion chamber harmlessly if some did break off.
