Tray Drifting!

Well im sure most of you have heard about this, if not u can probably searche the web and u will find a video....the one i saw was a Silver Ford Taurus do a smokie doughnut...... Anyways, has anyone ever did this? i have yet to....i was thinking.....it would be awesome, if u could enter a drift comp doing this......BUT, instead of using plastic trays ( that wear super-fast) u could get two simple Titanium Trays made....
Then, you could throw sparks, smoke, and drift alll at the same time! I know this isnt what some people would call "real drifting" but hell, it would look cool......well i g2g...... i swear, if Titanium Tray Drifting gets Extremely poplular in a year or two, i BETTA get credit.....oh well, as long as i know i invented it!

How about insted of using titanium trays we stretch your mothers vagina over our tires and call it Twat n' Tray.


Heh.. just kidding, but I dont think it would work as good with metal trays, it only works good because the trays are so soft and you dont get smoke untill you eat though the plastic.

No on the video when the guy did the donut his front wheels made smoke too. id say it would slide easily, maybe a lil harder to get it started, but still...


oh on the Twat N Tray......if we replaced my the trays with a twat........what meaning would the word Tray have in Twat N Tray? just wondering.....lol....seriously tho....that wasnt very funny.....but oh well.... HA HA HA HA.....feel better? hmm?

I think it's pointless. Just get some beat ass tires and do it the old fashion way.

i just did this about two weeks ago..its pretty fun...we did it in my firends buick and that thing was throwing up soo much smoke it was sooo funny..its pretty cool though but ti sucks when the tires burn threw

I was going to post something about this a while back but never got around to it. But me and soem of my firends did this all the time. we got about 5 or 6 videos of us doing it too. i still want to try puttin some like cookie sheets under the tires and see if that works but im too cheap to buy any lol. if i can find the videos ill try to post them

couldnt agree more....taco bells trays def last longer....and if u do after u get some sleet the trays will last like an hour. its the only thing we had to do on a long day when i was going to school in illinois last winter...leave me alone

There free, they keep a big stack of them on top of the trash cans, I think they put them on top because there too hard to fit though that little door.

Haha I remember down at the meet this year at the Pizza place Josh and Travis tried to take a few of the pizza trays but the lady saw them and said that we could buy them if we wanted.

haha, that just reminded me, my mother has probably a few hundred alumium pizza trays in storage from when they were in the restarant buisiness... heh, that gives me ideas.

i could get titanuim trays made very easily... my step dad works w/ that all day long.... in fact, he has a patent on a titanium hunting bow....but anywayz, i never thought of using a cookie sheet!..... so that would vbe cool if taco bell trays work best, cuz they are easiest to steal! at least around here, they are...cuz its got seats outside, and a garbage can to lay the trays on....u can just empty the tray and go to ur car!...


oh, and Cloneboy17, the trays stay on with the lip... it keeps them from coming off the tire.... but im not sure how well it would do if u hit gravel or a hole....lol

So can someone please explain exactly how tish works?? i kinda get the idea but how do you get the trays to stay put??

1.Get your civic and 2 friends

2. Have one of your friends run up to a fast food store and steal some trays while the other friend laughs.

3. Find either a big open empty space, a parking lot, abandoned flat piece of land, or Bill Gate's drieway.

4. Have your your friends place trays in front of your rear tires, slowly drive over the trays until your wheel is centered with the tray, and have your friends yell really loud signalling you to stop.

5. Pull your hand brake

6. Prove to those initail D wannabes that a FWD can really drift!!!

drifting is very possible on fwd cars. ohh yeah power slideing espesially in wet roads

Damn i cant wait for more snow so i can really practice my drifting :P i think im gunna go tray stealing tomorrow :P the easiest wat to get a tray in my opinion would be a mall foodcourt :D they always have stacks of em there and whose gonna stop ya?? not that i would ever think of stealing trays ;)
