Esurance insurance anyone have it?

Im looking to get some new insurance for a cheaper price since my current plan is about to expire. I found an internet insurance company called Esurance so i did an online quote, with them i can get more coverage for my car for 50 bucks less a month. But they seem to be a really new company and im just looking for anyone who has any experience with them, if they could tell me if they like them or not and if they had to make a claim with them how hard was it?
