Mopac in Calgary (also other cities), TNT Honda (large aftermarket seller) in Calgary or pick up a PAS magazine, it has Canadian distributors listed.

You can find lots of JDM engine/parts retailers in Montreal. I was looking for B16A motor myself and came across this website, www.japanmotorimport.com, and have some good prices.
