People piss me off.....

funny story, i was out the other day picking my friend up, across the street from his road is a school and people were picking there kids up, well all the huge suv's were parked on either side of the road and there was barley enough room for this woman in a SUV from NY on a Cell Phone to pass but yet she insisted on blocking the road instead of letting me go to clear the problem up, so i gave here the jersey bird (middle finger) and she got a little mad. as i was still waiting to get out of the street i see her walking up to my window still on the phone, welll i rolled my window down and in the most obnocious (sp) voice i ever heard she was like "you little punk, why did u do that", so i said "because.....you ma'am suck at driving", oh she blew up and i thought she was going to hit my car with her pocket book, but she didn't, so i went to open my door to confront her, and as i did she was like " u better not open that door so i being my asshole self from jersey flung open the door and was like "what are u gonna do about it", and what made it funny was my friend opened his door at the same time as i did, she ended up just walking away and my friend yelling " go back to NY". it was some good times, and also she was still on her cell phone this whole time......that bothers me so much i dont hate NYers just some of the people that suck at driving here in jersey.....ok im done

well i left the part out of the story right after she called me a punk i was still rolling donw my window so my hand was like down by the door handle moving and i guess she thought i was going to get out so she said "you better not " or something dumb like that. and i thought she ment open the door which i did outta spite and that when she said dont open the door.

First the poster states that people were picking up their kids, so naturally its going to be a parking lot of automobiles and kids in the street, not to mention the school buses etc (one of the biggest gridlockers there are). While its true that I hate anyone (not just woman) driving and on the cell phone it seems from the story that the lady was not the only one blocked in.

Now I ask, who is more of an ass, the woman on the cell phone trying to get out or the "asshole from jersey" (his quote) that gave her the finger that starts the confrontation and then screams "go back to NY" while also blocking the area. Yeah its good times alright, :rolleyes: Not. I've seen many idiotic drivers over here in NY and Conn and the majority of them have Jersey plates.

As for the NY comment. Listen ronjonprobe93, statistically NY especially NYC (which includes 5 municipalities, 4 of which are on Islands) has a much lower crime rate than many other cities. This is quite amazing considering the ratio of crimes to population. Like Zaphod said, be specific to which island you speak of, and show the facts. Otherwise don't generalize and sterotype the city.

Regardless if they are suvs or not and regardless if it was just women or not. It implies that NY drivers are worse than NJ ones. That I find funny since New Jersey is one of the states that the insurance companies packed up and left due to the high cost of claims by the drivers among other reasons. Ny drivers in NJ suck!!! They never turn on red, they always block you from turning and they drivve so SLOWWW!!! STAY IN NY
