Okay people, who has a B20vtec setup with stock block internals, what RPM do you rev 2, and how long did it last you. Give me details of your set up.
I want to do one but have no money to change the sleeves. The only thing I might be able to change is mabey the pistons, or if not that, the rod bolts, but if I find out I can do it with stock block interals I will. Give me some info on this.

you can do it with stock internals, and the b20 comes with a vtec oil pump so thats a plus. make sure you change the rod bolts

the cylinder walls on the b20 are not very strong. i am sure they would hold up ok under mild conditions but once you start really beating on it and revving high you are gonna need to do something about that

for you harness, always stick with stock and modfiy from there.
for the post, change your rod bolts and rev up to b16 redline, dont get a chip and go higher on the revs
