What is the definition of a "Ricer?"

What is the definition of a "Ricer?" Is it a racist thing that caucasian people call asians just because they have hondas and they eat rice? or can that name be used on any one no matter the color of skin with a honda? The reason why i'm asking this is the word "Ricer" just seem racist againest asians.

My definition of a ricer is simple. Some poeple mod thier cars to GO FAST, and thats fine. Some poeple mod thier cars to LOOK GOOD, and thats fine. But Ricers modify thier car to LOOK FAST. Gay. :D

There's a difference between a show car, which is a perfectly legitimate hobby, and a riced out car.

And it goes to all races/etc, not just asians. And for that reason I wish there was a better term for it, but ricer is just so damn popular. You also have ricer/rednecks, which I have dubbed RICE NECKS :icon16:

i dont consider show cars to be rice. if they are well done and look good and as long as they dont claim that they're fast. my definition of rice is when its a slow ass car and they claim its fast

Or the guys that drive like bats out of hell from stoplight to stoplight. Or the ones that will race anything, anytime, anywhere, etc. I hate people like that, especially the ones that try to show off all the damn time and think that's its necessary to drive extremely fast through neighborhoods, parking lots, etc. RAWR! :)
