1995 Full Size Bronco 5.0L - Power Locks Not Working

Any ideas what might be causing this: The power locks just suddenly stopped working. No work had been done to the vehicle. Here is what happens, on the driver side power lock button you can push the lock button and nothing happens to the locks. You can press the unlock button and nothing happens.
Now the weird part:
On the passenger side you press the LOCK button and it WILL lock the doors. Now if you press the UNLOCK button it WILL NOT unlock the doors.

What the heck is going on? Should I be looking for something on the drivers side or the passenger side?

Mine does the same thing, I'm looking for new switches.

I have heard that the pass side is the master, but in my 96 either one that I press locks and unlocks both doors. However, if I use the remote and unlock only once, only the drivers side unlocks. If I hit it twice, both unlock. I have not figured out the wiring, nor do I want to, unless I have to. I do know that the actuators have only two wires and the direction is controlled by the polarity of the voltage applied to the wires. The switches activate relays that then activate the actuators.

It sounds like the problem is in the switch relay itself. I had the same problem in my 97" 4Runner.
All you have to do is unscrew/unsnap the switch pannel from your doorhandle and disconnect the wiring harness's from the switch pannel. Unscrew the bottom of the relay box (pannel). Carefully open the box as there will be loose little springs and levers. Remove and clean contact levers and points with mild sandpaper. Contact points and levers should be gold or silver after cleaning. If this doesn't work then you need new switchs. It took me about 20-30 minutes for the whole deal.
Good Luck and I hope my advise is helpful.
