Clicking Noise on Left side?

I picked up my car from the mechanic (see GRRRR 171 & 174 Again for a the full report) this evening. Anyway the menchanic did the TSB plus replaced the intake manifold. The car has more get up and go than before which is nice but now it has a clicking noise that can be heard inside the van on the left hand side (driver side) it can be heard up in front around the dash and in the back where there is a speak like grate. The clicking is worse when the left turn signal is on and can be heard slightly and infrequently when just driving. Would something might have not but connected correctly while putting the car back together? We NEVER had this click before today. I didn't hear it at all when I picked up the van on the drive home and didn't hear it when we went to the store but when we were driving home after going to the store there it was. Any ideas? It is very annoying.

Does the up front noise sound like a relay clicking somewhere under the dash (inside the cabin)?
If so, I may (occassionally) have the same noise....and don't have a clue. I once thought it was associated with the brake fluid pressure switch ... but that's just a guess.
Do you think the noise in the rear is the same source?

I have a strange clicking noise too. It sounds like it is from under the dash But I always assumed it was actually under the hood. (perhaps a strut or related area)

Yes, it is under the dash in the cabin on the left side. Since I can hear it in the back at the same time I am assuming it is the same source. It is slightly there when driving but when the left turn signal is on it is very obvious and almost echoes the left turn signal click. Is there some switch, fuse or something? It just started right after picking the car up at the mechanics never happened before. After spending $1000.00 for one problem I am really annoyed that something else is happening. All the lights and turn signals are operating normally.

After posting this topic the clicking sound stopped until today. I am noticing that I hear it most when my foot is on the brake. I thought it was triggered by the left turn signal but of course when I am turning left I have my foot on the brake. DUH..The click sound alternates between the front left to the back left. Very annoying when it happens. Any idea what it is? Everything is working fine.

I just put a pair of tires on my car and moved the backs to the fronts. My clicking seems to be gone.
It did not seem like a tire noise to me..........................I will see if it returns
