WTB: 89-93 240sx, So Cal Area

I’m looking to buy a 5 speed 89 to 93 S13 240sx hatch/fastback for a project car around So Cal area. The car does not have to run, or even have an engine or transmission because I will be replacing them. The chassis must be straight and not rusting along with the body being in decent shape.
