I have to write an essay for my university and I have to come up with a specific discussion. Not like Domestic v.s. Imports, that's way to broad. :banghead: Somthing like, Which is better: front wheel drive or rear wheel drive. Maybe even, Low compression with lots of boost or high compression with low boost.

Thanks you guys, i know my fellow enthusiasts will help me!

That's the dumbest thread I've ever read. Why are the Z guys so goddamn dogmatic? The VR-4 guys do it too (except youngvr4, he's cool).

Anyways, FWD vs. RWD would be an interesting topic. I'm curious as to why virtually every automaker in the world switched to FWD on their daily drivers in the late 70's/early 80's.

the rwd vs. fwd would be a good topic. also, one that i would think about doing, is "what makes a sports car". thats a good discussion.

us z guys are "dogmatic" most likely because we have an obsession over our cars.

You can try something technical like pushrod OHV vs SOHC/DOHC in design and performance. You can find A LOT of information on that topic.

That's fine, but you don't have to be so condescending towards any other type of car (not you in particular, the people in the Z forum).

Use the search function. RWD, AWD, and FWD have all been discussed extensively on this forum.
