NewbAudio question

I'm looking for a good but cheap (yeah I know those dont go together) CD/MP3 head unit for my car. (91 Pont Boneville LE). I had been looking at the Panasonic CQ-C1300UPanasonic CQ-C1300U (http://www.cardomain.com/item/PANCQC1300U) . Idealy i would like to keep the price under 150$ US. I'm mostly looking for something to replace the junky stock unit inthere. Any help would be appreicated.
