Who said vipers are cheaper?!?! LOL!!! Sorry I have to laugh... Viper Cheaper than NSX's??? what country do you live in??? haha can't pick up a used viper for under 40k around me... I've seen NSX's listed for 18-30k.....

(I live in Washington State, USA)

and new prices NSX ~85k
Viper ~ 100k

im sure anyone who is anyone who says they know anything about non drag cars knows that the moajor factors that are hard to change in a vehicle that affect handleing are Wheel base (the hardest to change), Weight (have to sacrifice to make things lighter) and weight distribution (takes alot of fabrication and moving stuff around since the major factor is engine placement) now i cant find specs on the NSX-R that are from a creditable source...but on a stock NSX that you can i can buy from a specilized honda/acura dealer has a 41/59 weight distribution. a viper SRT-10, on the otherhand, has a 48/52...this may seem better to you all...but just wait....the NSX weighs ~3100lbs...the viper ~3300...not looking good for the NSX....The wheelbase on an NSX is 99.6in. a viper? 98.8....well out of thoes you would think a viper your spank an NSX...frankly i dont know why the NSX handles better...it may be steering ratio....a 200lb difference isnt goign to make the NSX so much quciker around corners....but i do know the NSX has a 38.1 foot turning radius and the viper a 40.5....a straight NSX is probably going to loose in a road race...but the NSX-R was the car in question.... now im assumeing the NSX-R has around 400HP...the dodge 500....the dodge, once agian, wont spank but will beat the NSX in the straights, but around corners the NSX-R will rule...basicly it would come down to the drivers....but since the NSX is aboutthe same price as the viper here in the US and the viper handles close enough to the NSX but has better power....i would go for the viper...since insurance costs would be about hte same also....but if i could pick up an old NSX and tune it....well that would be sweet...
