Shit, if you think that this story is out of the ordinary... think again... I looked at an article yesterday the published all the PA teachers (and PA ONLY) that lost their jobs in the 03-04 school year. At least a dozen teachers on the list were fired for "inappropriate physical contact with students".

Coozy... innocent until proven guilty... they can't take action on her until she is officially charged and found guilty. I'm pretty sure it works something like that in almost all states... except WV b/c they ignore things like teachers with students, moms with sons, etc. ;) :p

saturngerine or whatever your name is...I know she would have to be proven guilty but I have heard of other incidents like this one where the school systems will just smack them on the hands and let them continue to teach even when they have been proven guilty.
