2001 chevy venture Accelerates on its own

My 2001 Chevy Venture will start Accelerating on its own and when I stop at a stop light the idle is very high obviously and when I proceed I don't need to step on the Accelerator because it basically Accelerates itself to about 40 mph but some days it doesn't do it at all but its getting more consistant. I also have an issues where the locks lock and unlock itself periodically.

MY 2000 HAS DONE THE SAME THING. GO TO AUTO ZONE AND ASK THEM TO SCAN YOUR CODES, IT IS FREE. I REPLACED THE THROTTLE CONTROL SENSOR AND THAT TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THIS SENSOR IF BAD TELLS THE COMPUTER TO SEND MORE GAS WHICH MEANS ACCELERATE.
