IE 6 will not install!

i downloaded the set up file from microsoft.com, and followed the instructions. but, at the end of the download page on the internet, it says that the file should be 8.7 mb or w/e. the file you donwload is 400 kb or so, and i'm guessing it should download the rest of the file in setup. welllllll, its not doing it, and I just end up going in circles with the setup because it is not working! it's pissing me off.

btw: running on Windows ME, plenty of RAM, HD space, everything

currently running IE 5

Mozilla = different web browser.
Maybe you should get Netscape instead...pretty much identical to Mozilla. Either way, they work faster than IE6. Try Netscape out. You'll probably like the tabbed browsing better anyways.
