A few people have had blower heater/ac blower problems. It appears that the Heater/ac motor is faulty. If you do a search for Blower Motor you'll see other people have had similiar problems. They have replace the motor and that solve the problem.

If the blower motor works on lower speeds than I wouldn't think that your problem is there. I would first suspect a problem with the blower motor relay or fuse 3 (30amp) in the underhood fuse block (I'm assuming that you do not have elecrtonic climate control). Fan speeds low, med 1 and med 2 go through a blower motor resistor and then directly to the motor. High speed though will trigger a relay and supply voltage through a seperate circuit.

Locate and check the fuse first to verify that it's good. Next, locate and test the relay. I'm using diagrams for a 93 so please check the fuse covers or your owners manual to make sure you're checking the right fuses and relays.

Look at the thread, "Heater Blower works intermitently"

When the blower fast speed relay picks up, it applies full potential (12 +) to the blower motor bypassing the resistor network entirely.
