What is the ultimate girl racer's car? Including everything;exterior and interior.

wow, possibly the most open ended question of all time.

darkprincess0330
06-30-2004, 11:09 PM
Why do you say that?

89IROC&RS
06-30-2004, 11:33 PM
everyone has a different opinion of that, there is no one answer, everyone here would probly say something different, also depends on if you are talking street racing, road racing, rally racing, drifting, drag racing, and all that. so its just very open ended, cuz there are so many answers.

Well, I am talking about everything. I want to hear all the differences in opinions.

I'd say the most popular car that girls modify besides a honda is probably an eclipse.

yea modifies the way the eclipse looks, and lots of interior decoration. with some zebra steering wheel cover, shiny sparkly stuff here and there, some flowers here and there, and some teddy bears here and there, you know how it is. but seriously, some girls decorate their interior a little too much.

Most of the girls in my area have either an Eclipse or Celica (that mommy and daddy bought for them of course).

Why does everyone make a big deal about kids parents buying them a car? If the parents have the money, let them buy their kids a car.

Its a parents job to provide for their children. Most parents dont have the time to drive their children around all the time. Especially the ones that can afford to buy their kids a car.

key word here is children, some parents buy cars for their 22 yr old "child"

darkprincess0330

This is true. I think that if you are old enough to work and support yourself then you need to buy your own self a car and not go running to mommy and daddy to buy it for you. There is a limit to this. I think if anything you should be taking care of your parents instead of them taking care of you now that you are of legal age.

hmmm...... well, my first camaro was a gift for my grades in highschool, second camaro was bought with insurance money from the first one being totalled, and my jeep was left to me by a cousin who died. so i havent bought any of my three cars, does that make me a spoiled brat??? no, just the way it worked out. jealousy is an ugly thing, why not be proud that you bought yourself a car, instead of spiting other people who were given a car, i dont get it.

lol....i just found that funny. anyways, who cares if their parents bought them the car, their parents are rich, so they re lucky, so what, life isnt gonna be fair all the time.

but.....if they are of legal age, beg for suff all the tima, lazy as hell, and has never worked in their life, then something is wrong, maybe the parent didnt discipline their child enough. then theres this type of person that never begs, has no personality, and just gets stuff without asking, and it makes them a huge ass loser *sarcasm*.

I'm sorry but nobody here is jealous and yes I AM very proud that I bought my own car. I never meant for there to be a discussion on the comment I made on mommy's and daddy's buying cars for their kids. I was just saying that in my area, most girls with a nice car did not buy it themselves. I didnt spite you and I never called you a spoiled brat either! So, you are making assumptions that could end up in an argument.

It's funny how I make a teeny tiny comment and EVERYONE changes this thread to "jelousy this" and "spoiled that". I wasnt (and never was) hating on kids that have parents who buy them their cars! So, get the hell over what I said about parents buying cars for their kids. lol. Or atleast start another thread somewhere on this subject.

civicgrl> yea it was a tiny little teeny weeny microscopic comment right? no, maybe it was smaller than that.

Either way, (i'm not sure how it is everywhere else) but where i live, there is a big majority of kids who's parents bought them expensive ass cars, and they are all a bunch of a$$holes, who are stuck up, and don't value or appreciate anything...There is maybe 1 or two of them that actually have decency and appreciate what they have, but for the rest, they are total jerks...I'm glad i bought my own car, even though it will take longer to modify my car, since i have to pay for it, it will pay itself off when i'm leaving spoiled cocky fags in the dust, like these guys in my town...just my two cents.

Well i can see buying your child a modest car like a civic or sumtin but i see kids driving around beamers and new corvettes that where bought for them, im sorry but u turn 16 u dont have all the driving skills to handle a car like that nor the maturity to drive it safely most of the time, your just putting your son and other peoples lives at risk.

well, in that case, look at the parents, what are they driving, look at their house, and realize that they also (while i dont like to generalize) more likely than not waist money in every aspect of their lives, not unlike a celebrity who recently bought a pair of 18k gold sandals, um.... why????? because they have more money than they know what to do with, so they spend it, why should buying their child a car be any different??? so in all fairness, its not that there is any fault with the kids themselves, but its the parents you should be dissapointed in for having such poor common sense. would that be a fair way of looking at it???
