Where to buy Chrysler T&C LXi name plates?

Where could I order those signs that are glued in the liftgate? Someone has remowed those texts that says "Chrysler" on the left side of the lift gate and "Town&Country LXi" on the right side. Is the liftgate correct term :) Well anyway, the upward opening door in the back of the car :)

I live in Finland and the local dealer sell only Chryslers titled Voyagers and Grand Voyagers.
