How to replace A/C Compressor 1987 Chevrolet Astro

Does anyone know how to replace the A/C Compress on the 1987 Chevrolet Astro. It hasn't been working for 2 years and I finally took apart the dash and the top of the engine, but I still can't figure out how to get the old air compressor out to install the new one.
