This is a pile. It runs, drives, stops, and turns. It needs gone over top to bottom, and the longer I have it the more stuff will get done. It needs the following done immediately to pass inspection and be a daily driver:

RF alloy wheel and a good tire (sitting on donut)
wipers on all the time, need to fix that, took out the fuse for now
other tires are crap, I'd replace them if I were you
radio works but speakers are all missing
left taillight lens broken on brake part, brake light bulb out
right taillight lens cracked on brake part, might pass
rear wiper blade has no rubber, fronts are crap, replace them too
odometer does not work, speedo and tach do, I'd leave it alone
I'd look at the brakes, pulls to the right slightly at low speed (might be the donut though)
probably won't pass emissions, will smoke a bit on full throttle
transmission will not shift past 3rd gear (this is probably an electrical problem, not a bad transmission)
engine runs terrific, could benefit from a tuneup (might pass emissions then)
alternator belt is loose, I'll be tightening it later

Other nitpicky items:

spare alternator in back, don't know if it's good or bad
gas door is laying in the back, needs a hinge to install
has hazy window tint, I'd scrape it off were I to keep it
left rear power window motor works, window is off track and stays up
glove box door is there but cover is missing
seats are crap, put a set of covers on them or something, gawd, they're ugly
beltline molding missing on driver's door
power antenna broken off
some miscellaneous trim is loose
driver's side headlight bezel not on too tight
small hairline cracks in pretty much all exterior lamp lenses
hood is difficult to open and close, driver side latch is sticky, have to wiggle it to open
lots of loose or cracked interior trim, especially door panels
windshield has two small bubble chips, one high on the driver's side, one low on the pasenger side, no cracks
ashtray is stuck closed, you try to open it, it comes out of the dash
fabric on sunroof is coming down, headliner is good though
sunroof stuck closed, I haven't, and won't, try to open it...does not leak for now

Title states 249,248 miles, odometer showing 249,256, and I know I drove it 36 miles today from Fort Worth to Dallas. I have no idea how long it was driven with the odo non-op, so assume it's 260K or above. Car will be sold with title marked TMU. Title has been signed over to me. If you want the car for parts, fine, but if you want a title it will cost me $163 to add it to my insurance, title it, pay sales tax, and then wait 3 weeks for the title to arrive. If after I remove it from my insurance I get a small refund, I will pass that along to you when you pick the title up.

I would prefer a local buyer, or at least someone in Texas. I will deliver anywhere in-state for gas and a bus ticket home. I trust the car to go just about anywhere, but with the engine spinning faster in 3rd gear than it would in 4th, anything over 60mph is pushing it. 60mph gives you 3200rpm or so. That's high enough for my tastes on a car I've only had a few months.

Only reason car has been sitting since I bought it is because I've ben waiting on the title. Got the title finally after harassing the guy for 8 months, and now I've brought the car home. Started on the first jump, added a quart of ATF (Dexron), and half a quart of oil. This thing had a nearly FULL tank of gas in October when I parked it. It is now almost empty. Theives? Evaporation? I don't know, all I do know is it made it home fine. It does not leak fuel. It would have killed all the grass and pissed off my landlord. So all is well there. No rust, car came from Oklahoma, been in Texas since. Was a city of Dallas impound vehicle when the previous owner got it (explains some of the title delay) and I have been told it was a salvage title at some point, but this is a clean title I have for it.

Any questions send PM's, IM's, email, whatever. I will send pictures by email upon request of a serious local buyer. I will show the vehicle to anyone who wants to come see it either early morning (6-8am) or evening (6-10pm) or on the weekend anytime day or night.

UPDATE pictures available on Cardomain (http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/619760)...

I have $365 invested in the car as it sits. I plan on repairing most of the little things, but I will not attempt to repair the AC, the cruise, the left rear power window, or the sunroof. I'd like $600 for it. If you want other items fixed those are negotiable. I do not guarantee the defroster will work if I remove the tint.
