It's a reissue w/a new box illustration. The old AMG E55 boxart actually showed the wrong/newer/smoother front bumper than what the kit has. I think the art on the old box was for a '99/'00, whereas the kit is a '98 or so. This new boxart shows the version that's really in the box. I want to graft in the front bumper to make it look like the newer version that is shown on my boxart, which would take a bit of work. The decklid is for the Euro/Japanese long license plate, different than the US/Canada decklid.

It's not one of Fujimi's better kits...the body is okay, but doesn't look 100% right (kind of thick and square), and the interior detail is pathetic. Rims are very nice 18's-amazing for a Fujimi kit. The AMG bumpers are engraved much better than the ones in the older E320 version where the rubstrips faded out on the sides... :rolleyes:
