Camary 2002 2.4 VVTi Engine addons Help

Guys.... I have good question here.... I have Camary 2002 2.4L and i would like to add performance parts to boost the engine HP and give it a nice sound... What parts i can buy and Add i friend of mine was telling about a Turbo Compressor... This is posible??? Any suggestion or comments Please Help.

Headers and custom exhaust are the obvious first choice for me. Turbo is expensive.
