I have a RX-7 Spirit-R, which option is the best?
ALso, which option is the best for the Teg Type-R?

for option "A" the first upgrades u get are crap but the couple of last ones are worth the wait.not sure of the others though.

I don't think it really matter about the options. I think it is on how you drive the car.

Integra Type-R is so gay on Version2. Its like the fastest car!

and da_bagel, from your logic the capp sucks in version 3 'cause its rated the best overall in dry. dc2's are cars that take a lot of skill to master.

well i just started playing the other day ive got 41000 points on my skyline gtr and i picked option c for ups, do the cars ever get dramaticly faster than they are in the start?

i also plan on creating another card with an s2000 as my car.

thats what tuning is. otherwise there would be no point for the point system. other things happen with tuning, for example turning improves too.

Yes ur car will get faster when u get more points on it but when it hits 1 million it stop tuneing if ur goin for the GT-R U should run on easy and ur s2000 u should run one normal!

The Spirit R the best opitions is B and K.T's Rims? thats all u need!

Im talking about the glitch in Version 2 buddy. The DC2 dpsent loose speed when cornering or when it hits the wall. It requires no skill what so ever to master that car.

thats not a glitch. sadly you've been very misinformed or don't play a dc2. if you hit walls acceleration will slow down, same for EVERY car. if an rx7 takes a clean exit on akagi and the dc2 hits the wall just a little.. and they take the same exit speed + no blocking the rx-7 will pass. wall hits mean a lot for every car, yes, even the dc2.

Okay ignore the part about the walls. It still has fast cornering and accelaration.

fast acceleration? no, maybe the first two gears but the rest are pretty slow.

Have you even played version 2?

the dc2 start up is pretty slow but the first two gears are relatively fast. thus dc2 is at a disadvantage in battle to a lot of cars. cornering is good compared to other cars, i didn't argue about that.

i'd really like to see you do a 2'49 on akina with a dc2 since its so noob.

All I Got To say is can U, Duluth2006 Do 2'49 on akina. I say Dc2 have adavantage on all the stage but easy, normal and hard 1!

no, that was my point. dc2 is NOT a noob car. read the thread before this. he makes it seem like you can pick up the car and master it. which is not true. just plenty of people who choose the dc2 are noobs, not the other way around.

options have NOTHING to do with it. you think dc2's turbo does something...? its the parts. also, the people in hk/japan are HOLDING the records, it matters for THEM. unless you are .100 of a second behind the world rankings, i wouldn't worry about your part setup.

what glitch are you talking about anyways? dc2 doesn't glitch. no car glitches. you can glitch in battle but thats just cars running into eachother when one is going a lot slower than the other. thus you force yourself through the car 'cause the other one to stahl.

That was i was talking about the glitches, only Dc2 do that. And the Turbo do help u. Okay u get a non-turbo Dc2 and a turbo one and run it on the same track without hitting and walls, the turbo Dc2 will win, i tryed it. the turbo only help if u dont hit any walls

i'm done with this conversation. turbo does NOT do anything in the dc2. the only thing it does in version 3 is give you a pssh valve sound. thats it. turbo will not make you drop any time off your time attacks.

Duluth2006, I don't mis-shift. I have the best for Expert II in Minnesota and Wisconsin hitting 2:36:436....so far no one has beaten my record or come close enough to my record and u say i mis-shift...think again...i have a non-turbo dc2 and my team mate has a turbo dc2....we shift the same way and i know because i tought him how to shift the dc2....why did i lose? ..well maybe he has a turbo dc2...huh? and the glitching part....the dc2 does glitch...its a proven fact...i glitched so many people on expert 2...ask anyone from st.paul (like Silver GTR32)....so dont argue...if you dont believe ask the experts (japan/hong kong/Project SV from N.Cali)

haha...thats because we quit ver2 for like almost 3 months now... what do you expect...we are just waiting for ver3...and everyone knows that we quit ver2 and just waiting for ver3....and three free months for him to be training in ver2 with no one to push the records....of course he's gonna beat it...and i know that dude who beated my record too...his card name is KOREA...plus we dont even play that much at MOAwe just set times in one night then leave and the only time we goe back is when our records are being push which is happen rite now, but like i said WE STOPPED PLAYING VER 2 AND WAITING FOR VER 3....we set them at Maplewood mall put it gets reset every 3 months...you can ask any body from maplewood, i held the record for over a year now for expert 2...its just that 3 months that the record has been broken....and do you ever read my thread, because you sure miss the "now we dont play no more becuase we are waiting for ver.3" so read again....and you know rite now i can't even hit my old time, i be hitting 2:38 because i haven't played for 3 months now....

you know version 3 aint gonna be like version 2....play version 1 and see how it feels like.....version 3 will be some what similar to version 1....and practicing on ver2 wont help....you know that dude gets free plays at MOA open to close thats why he's putting up some good times.....best dc2 akina dh time is 2:53.xxx done by one of my teammates.

about version 3, did you notice in my post i said that you use the same techniques? obviously if your pulling 2:53 akina dh your not using those techniques yet. neither for irohazaka, 'cause getting at least a 2:35 should be simple with the right techniques. yes, version 2 will help, it teaches you techniques needed for version 3. so what if he's getting free games? he's still beating your times :D which makes you not the best in MN and WI. not to mention, isn't your team "omega" the team who keeps saying their getting a machine...?

yeah that guy's team is called team Korea...we're getting a machine in mid-june....around june 25 or 27...

... you missed the point of that post. you say he's getting free games so of course he's gonna get good times but team "omega" is getting a machine... hmm. not to mention you didn't address a lot of things that i said in my previous posts.

no its not the same for all cars yes you do lose speed but not as much as u do if u hit a wall with any other car dc-2s dont lose as much speedas an rx would

that's not true... rx-7 plays mostly high speed stages like myogi and usui. so a wall hit at those HIGH speeds highly effects your time. dc2 plays various sharp corners with short straights. notice on akagi and akina if they hit the wall their time is dropped DRASTICALLY. you cannot hit the wall in the first cp1 of akina, it'll screw up your 5th gear acceleration. on akagi, it effects your accel exactly like the rx7. it just happens to be that the rx7 cant take short turns well and the dc2 can and vice versa for long turns for the dc2.
