Koenigsegg Street Legal in US?

is the Koenigsegg CCR street legal in the US, please do not answer if your not sure, because i know the ZOnda isnt STreet legal in the US yet.

the CCR isn't on sale yet

i sent Koenigsegg an email asking them whether the CCR is on sale or not and if it is street legal in the US, hopefully they will answer in the next couple days

like i said above, i don't think its for sale, but i asked them just to be sure, i'll post their answer when i get it
