Hey guys, purchased this GTI about a month and a half ago and I love it. It isn't the quickest thing in the world but it handles wonderfully and gets me about 30 miles to the gallon. Everything is 100% stock and the car is in near perfect condition iwth only a couple very minor flaws being one or 2 small scratches in the paint and a small burn on the drivers side seat.
Whilst this car is not a Drivers Edition as DE's were sold only in 1997, it does have all of the features of the DE in the form of yellow stiched shift boot, steering wheel, yellow tire tracked seats with yellow stiching as well. Every function on the car works perfectly.
I paid a little over $8200 including tax and licensing for this vehicle a month and a half ago. KBB on the vehicle in excellent condition with the amenities it has is $7240. I would really like to get $7600 as a loss of a thousand dollars really is not that appealing to me, but the final price will be arrived to by the buyer and myself personally. Please refrain from making comments on the price paid by myself as well as the price being asked as a courtesy to this for sale advertisement.
