96 Sonoma 2.2 to 4.3 vortec

how difficult would it be to swap a 2.2 straight 4 to 4.3 vortec v6?

I assume wiring harness, ecu, and such, but this is next option if cant find another 2.2 (orig seized)

Now how hard is it to change wiring harnesses?

i believe the tranny has a different bolt pattern. it seems like theres always an endless list of problems with swaps like this it's possible but way more work than it's worth.

yeah i know :-/ , just tryin to figure out some way of dealin with my truck, its got me bummed and if for some reason it happened to be easy it would be a nice upgrade ;-), but alas
