Didn't the american branded "CARS" place on the top? I thought drifting was a drivers competition... i guess its a vehicles competition to some people. :screwy:

It's also very embarassing for people to boo on drivers out on D1. They are all very skilled, but it seems like this is the American mentality, no respect... no respect whatsoever. :nono:

The viper is campaigning to compete in Japan D1GP.... props to them and Millen for representing out there. He can do donuts around some of the a*holes on this forum.

well, the viper is a very special car.... i'd try and drift a viper if i could afford one (there 80,000 base right?)?

Man that viper hit the wall right in front of me!! WHOOO HOOO!!! crazy, the gto was ok.. takes skills to slide that tank. But if your gona say its all about the drivers then the gto is ehh.. americans dont hit the turns as hard as the japanese drivers!! Were afrade of hitting the wall!! THe Gto also spun out on one of his laps.. still a great run though. The GTO had a vette motor and quote unquote "Drift suspention" !!!

It's funny when you talk about the domestic beating the imports or vice versa. Its not all about the cars. Its a combo of the car and its driver. If the car is driftable they all have a level of equality depending on there drivetrain and driver skill while drifting.
