Do I have to be a mod to make a contest? Are there any rules/regulations to making one? Is there a time regulation? Can anyone fill me in on this, becuase I kind of want to start one for trucks in a few months, i've just got to get some parts and stuff together.

Nothing to stop you running a competition apart from the number of people taking part. If no one is interested or don't bother to take part in the end, then you won't have much of a competiton! Raise the idea, get a response then go from there.

As Chris said...if you want to do one its up to you.
My only advice is to see how much interest there is before you start.
Last year there was a couple that took place and numbers seemed pretty low.

the lowrider contest generated a lot of interest even though there may only be 4-5 entries at the end for judging.. we have another contest brewing in the works... its just fun that everyone has their own interpretation of the same theme..
